Tight Contacts? Save Them for Last
Some spots may be tighter than others—it’s normal! If a floss head snaps, it’s usually in one of these spots. Floss the easier areas first and leave the tightest gaps for last. That way, you get more use out of each head.

Every Nivio device is backed by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and normal usage. Issues due to misuse or lost devices aren’t covered, but you can always purchase an extended warranty at checkout through our partner, Clyde.

When you subscribe to Nivio, fresh floss heads show up at your door every 3 months—90 heads per shipment. Run out early? Need a break? No worries—you can pause, skip, or cancel any time after your first refill.
